Capitalism is creating its own gravediggers. Worldwide, there are millions of young people who are EDUCATED but unemployed. Workers alone cannot make the revolution. We educated ones must motivate and guide the workers and the outcasts of global capitalism.
Also, we should not be arrogant and conceited. We should not alienate the so-called "rednecks" (e.g., the Tea-Party in the USA). To be successful, our radical-emancipatory movement must appeal to and enlist a broader range of today's proletariat, including skilled and unskilled manual laborers. The point is not to be smugly self-satisfied narcissists, engaged in our "beautiful" struggle, BUT TO WIN.
