Around 200,000 demonstrators marched today in Brussels, demanding an immediate ceasefire and more humanitarian aid for Palestinians facing genocide in Gaza. The protest comes as famine in the strip worsens, with the UN warning of catastrophic conditions. It has also placed sanctions on Israel, a move that was described by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu as "weak". However, organisers insist that such decisions must move beyond symbolism, and urged for wider EU sanctions on Israel.
