The global coronavirus pandemic marks the beginning of new epoch in world history. The virus is wrecking havoc on society. The world economy is in a meltdown. Capitalism is killing us. Only revolutionary ideas and bold socialist measures can provide a cure.
In Britain, Tory incompetence and arrogance is creating a deadly disaster. We need a real socialist opposition. But, as the leaked Labour report has shown, the Blairite right wing are more concerned with defending the establishment.
This is why we need to build a strong Marxist tendency - to organise workers and youth around a clear socialist alternative. We therefore urge all our readers to join us today in the fight for socialism.
