Tell the Senate to vote NO on the Graham-Cassidy bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

The Republican Party's response to Senator Bernie Sanders' Medicare for All bill is to attempt yet again to erase the protections given under the Affordable Care Act. With so many lives at stake we cannot allow Congress to try and sneak through a repeal.

We should be championing Medicare for All right now, but as Senator Sanders has said, the most urgent task at hand is protecting the Affordable Care Act from repeal. Please call your senator today and tell them to stop the Graham-Cassidy repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

This is a perverse attempt to transfer wealth from the middle and working class to the insurance and pharmaceutical executives and the top one percent. The Republican Party is attempting to create a government of, by, and for the donors, not the people. Their efforts must be stopped.

The Graham-Cassidy bill would put an estimated 32 million people out of coverage, for a total of 60 million Americans without health insurance. Such is the cost of making the richest people in this country even richer.

It is cruel for these senators to bemoan the cost of providing universal health care one day and threaten to eviscerate the American health care system the next. While Senator Sanders demonstrates integrity and morality with his Medicare for All bill, Graham, Cassidy, and the rest of the Republican Party pledge their allegiance to their donors in the insurance and pharmaceutical industry. Make sure your senator votes against the Graham-Cassidy repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

The Graham-Cassidy repeal is a direct attempt to stop the momentum of our Medicare for All movement. We must be vigilant about every attempt to take health care away from people who desperately need it.
